Comcast Customer Experience

For this project we were tasked with creating a brand new customer onboarding experience for Comcast Internet customers; which included a new streamlined interface, new customer interaction touchpoints, all while utilizing new Comcast technology. The client chose our work to be presented at the 2018 Medallia Customer Experience Expo which was presented by the Chief Customer Experience Officer. Full deck available on request.
